Depulso Room 1 ♦ Hogwarts Legacy

Depulso Room 1 introduces a pit. Though as with pulled block impact, a fall is just a reset to start. In the cases for solving the room’s puzzles, each case starts from a fully reset room which can be accomplished by a basic attack on the gyroscope orb spinning by the left wall.

  • There are many possible solutions. This is just one case.
  • These descriptions operate on the following basis. The left and right walls correlate to the entryway’s left and right. Forward and backward are away from and nearest to the entryway, respectively.
  • Every chest hunt starts from a reset. The chests can be completed in any order. When you reset the moving blocks, you will continue the puzzle from where you reset it.
  • A four-block height is safe to jump from. Even so, there is no character death in the puzzle, and falling into a pit will reset you at the entryway.
  • Whenever using Accio, be aware to stand out of the way of a block. It can cause a return to the entryway.

Right Side Riser Chest

  1. Move the cube floating against the right wall to pull it toward the entryway. It needs to be out of the way.
  2. Proceed to the floor and move both adjacent central cubes to the right wall.
  3. Climb the cubes to the ledge of the right riser and open the random-gear chest on top.

Left Side Riser Chest

  1. Transfer the right wall floating cube to pull it to the left against the left-side riser.
  2. Move this cube again towards the entrance.
  3. Slide the same cube leftward to push it completely to the left wall.
  4. Finally for this cube, drag it forward, towards the left riser above the two-floor level cubes.
  5. Accio the floating central cube to pull it towards the entrance. This will lock it to a floor-level cube. They will move together in a vertically stacked pair.
  6. Depulso these stacked cubes to push them to the left wall.
  7. Finally, Accio the cube stack forward to place them against the other cubes at the left pillar.
  8. Climb the completed left cube stack to the riser ledge and collect random gear from the chest there. Opening this chest causes a set of cubes from the left wall to slide out and provide a path to return to the entryway ledge.

Ledge Across from the Entrance Chest

  1. Accio/Depulso the lone first-level cube nearest to the entrance pushing it to the left wall near the two joined cubes.
  2. Accio this cube to pull it against those two cubes creating a three-cube line.
  3. Accio the three-cube set to the right wall.
  4. Accio/Depulso the three cubes to move them forward to the right riser.
  5. Depulso both of the central cubes forward to the far end of the room from the entrance. The two blocks will become a vertical stack.
  6. Accio the three-cube set away from the right wall. They will settle where the two central cubes were.
  7. Push the three cubes forward over the chasm to join the two-cube stack at the room’s far end.
  8. Move to the gap and drag the five-cube structure you just created to the left against the riser.
  9. Cross the gap from the stationary blocks to the five-cube structure. Climb the joined cubes up to the ledge and open the chest. Opening this chest triggers three cubes from the right wall to slide out forming a path back to the entrance.

The Collection Chest

After all three random-gear chests have been looted, a keepsake Collection Chest with a Room of Requirement Conjuration recipe reward appears in the room’s entryway. Climb back up to the entrance ledge and through the gate to collect the reward from the Collection chest.
